MPARC Hamfest

The Middle Peninsula Amateur Radio Club was founded in February 1988 and is proudly affiliated with the American Radio Relay League, the national association of amateur radio operators. Our members have a wide variety of interests, including contesting, DX, home-brewing and kit building, and emergency communications to name a few.  We own and maintain the “37 Machine,” which has been on the air since the 90’s and provides large scale coverage to the Middle Peninsula and surrounding areas, with many thanks to Mark N1LO and WXGM.

Now in its fifth year, our annual winter hamfest aims to fill the gap for those headed south on their way to HamCation.  We are proud to be an ARRL sanctioned hamfest, and consider our event to be “The biggest little hamfest on the East coast.”
