Doors open for vendors at 07:00.  Upon arrival, volunteers will check you in and direct you to the unloading station where you will receive your vendor packet, table assignment, and tickets.

1. 5% online convenience fee added per transaction at checkout.  Pay by check or cash for a discount; directions at checkout. 
General admission and door prize tickets will be issued per tables purchased.  2 tables?  2 GA and 2 prize tickets, etc.

2. When submitting your table request, please provide a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice whenever possible. If you select only one preferred table and that table is no longer available, we will assign you to the best available location.  The table map is updated approximately once per week and may not always reflect the most current reservations.  Tables in red are already taken.  Tables in white are not guaranteed to be available.  We will make every effort to accommodate your preferences; however, specific table locations are not guaranteed. Reservations are assigned based on availability, and earlier reservations are more likely to receive one of their preferred locations. 

3.  All Sales, Including table reservations, admission tickets, raffle tickets, and door prize tickets are final and non-refundable.
